Eva Bartmann was raised and still lives on the Vineyard Ranch in Osthofen, Germany. There she can pursue one of her passions: riding horses. She is familiar with the Western-Riding-
scene since she was showing horses at NRHA- and AQHA-shows at the age of twelve. But many people in the horse-business know her better for her other passion: music. Many times she proved to be an experienced life-performer at various horse-shows, such as the Americana in Augsburg, Germany, where she delighted her audience with her charisma. Since 2000 she sings the popular song Run for the Roses at the NRHA-Futurity in Kreuth, Germany. At the age of twenty Eva Bartmann fulfilled herself a dream spending one year in the United States, where she gained more experience in working horses and cattle. She got to know the country and its people and gathered material for her songs.
Eva Bartmann's music is country music combined with elements of folk, rock and pop. Her repertoire contains songs from Garth Brooks, the Dixie Chicks to Sheryl Crow. But her strong point are her own lyrics. Embodied in the tradition of country music, her songs are about ups and downs within human relations, focusing on topics such as the family and the search for roots. Eva Bartmann has the gift to turn complex emotions into clear words without trivializing them. Her lyrics are authentic and leave room for identification. She sings her songs with a strong voice and - as being typical for country music - always with a trace of melancholy.
At a number of casting shows on German TV she has already proved her talent. Eva Bartmann can be booked for a variety of special events such as weddings, horse-shows or ranch-festivals, performing solo as well as together with her band.
